About the Knights  

 


The K of C is a Catholic mens organization founded in 1882 by Fr. Michael J. McGivney.  Today the organization has more than 1.6 million members which last year contributed more than $126 million dollars to various charities and performed more than 66 million community service hours.

The Bedford Council was founded in 1906 in association with St. Vincent de Paul Church and presently has over 200 members including the Fr. Meinrad J. Rouck Fourth Degree Assembly.  The council hall is located at 2202 M St. (47421).
